History

Primebuilt Construction founded in 2010 by Engr. Reynaldo Cube and Mrs. Emily Cube, Primebuilt Construction emerged with a shared vision to create exceptional spaces that inspire and endure. With combined experience, Mr. and Mrs. Cube set out to build a company that would be recognized not only for its construction expertise but also for its unwavering commitment to client satisfaction.

Founding Years and Early Endeavors

In its early years, Primebuilt Construction was born from Mr. and Mrs. Cube's original company, EIC Enterprises, a construction & trading company. Mr. Cube also had his first business which is RCC Consultants. They were focused on civil works, architectural finishing to concentrate on construction whether it was subcontract or a main contract job. The founders' hands-on approach and dedication to delivering on promises earned clients' trust, laying a solid foundation for the company's growth.
 

Expansion into Diverse Sectors

As Primebuilt Construction established a reputation for excellence, the company expanded its horizons to encompass commercial, institutional projects. Notable milestones include completing the Warehouse Facility Project for Wellington Ecozone Properties Inc. in Hermosa, Bataan, site development and steel works of Zadia Greenfield City in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Ateneo De Manila University-Senior High School building in Katipunan Avenue, Quezon City, Security Bank Foundation school building in Laoag, Ilocos Norte, and DOST-Philippine Textile Research Institute in Bicutan. Today, the company is now also a member of Philippine Constructors' Association (PCA) Metropolitan Chapter.
